The measurements provided are in inches when laid flat, double it to get the full
circumference.
ACROSS: Measured from one under arm to the other under arm
WAIST: Measured from smallest part on dresses and waist band on bottoms
HIPS: Measured from biggest part on bottoms
RISE: Measured from crotch at the front seams to top of waist band.
LENGTH: Measured from shoulder to hem on dresses, and from waist band to hem on
bottoms.
