Shipping
Our default postal service provider is SingPost. All postal charges are based on SingPost’s rates. A handling fee may be charged. Orders will be dispatched 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays). Delays may occur during mailing process, we are unable to speed up delivery from SingPost side.
Normal Mail
Estimated delivery time: 2 - 7 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays)
Charges: S$1.00 - S$3.35 based on weight
Lacepipe is not liable for lost packages. Normal mail is uninsured and not traceable. We strongly encourage the use of registered postage.
Registered Mail
Estimated delivery time: 2 - 5 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays)
Charges: S$2.24 on top of normal postage
Registered mail is insured by SingPost and comes with a Registered Article Number that allows you to track your package at Singpost website.
If a registered parcel is delivered and there is nobody to sign for it, a notification slip will be left behind. You may arrange re-delivery via SingPost’s online form or by calling 1605. Self collection can be done at the post office branch indicated on the notification slip.
Registered parcels must be retrieved within 2 weeks of the first attempt at delivery. If it is not, Singpost will return the parcel to us. In such cases, the customers will be required to top up the necessary postage for it to be repackaged and mailed out again.

Estimated delivery time: 2 - 14 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays)
Charges: based on weight according to country zones.
Registered mail is insured by SingPost and comes with a Registered Article Number that allows you to track your package at Singpost website. We require all overseas packages to be registered to minimize the risk of lost packages during the longer mailing process to another country.
